WARNING - do not overdo the Cabbage Soup Diet
- Seek approval from a physician if you have any health concerns.
- Limit yourself to just 7 continuous days. 1-single week is it.
- If you feel dizzy, weak or any adverse situation, stop immediately and consult a physician.
- If you have any concerns, just stop the diet and resume your normal eating pattern.
- DO NOT overeat on cabbage soup. Eat it only if you are hungry. There is no reason to just keep eating for the sake of eating.
